CURIOSITY.
Before Ryder became a name, it was simply the way I approached things.
I would see an idea and wonder what it could become. A sketch could become a visual identity. A random thought could become a digital product. A problem could become something worth designing, coding and sharing.
That curiosity eventually needed a name.
So I called it Ryder.
into prototypes.
SOMEWHERE BETWEEN THE PERSON I AM AND THE THINGS I'M STILL BECOMING.
My name is Oluwamadunwa Sayo-Dabiri.
Ryder is the creative name I work under the identity behind my experiments in design, development, digital products and storytelling.
It did not begin with a perfect plan or a clearly defined career path. It began with curiosity, unfinished ideas and the desire to make things that felt different.
Over time, I realised that I was never interested in staying within one discipline. I wanted to understand the visual idea, shape the experience, build the technology and tell the story behind it.
To me, design, code and storytelling have always belonged in the same room.
That belief became the foundation of my work.
It also led me to create Ryder Creative Lab an independent creative studio where ideas can grow beyond personal experiments and become collaborative brands, products and digital experiences.
I USUALLY START BEFORE EVERYTHING IS COMPLETELY FIGURED OUT.
Most of my work begins with a question.
What could this become?
How could this feel better?
What would make someone remember it?
Can technology make the story more meaningful?
I explore the rough idea, find the clearest version of it and begin building.
Sometimes the result is a website. Sometimes it is a product, a visual world, a brand system or a small experiment created simply to learn what is possible.
Not every idea becomes a finished project.
But every experiment teaches me something about how I want to create.

Right now, I am building Ryder Creative Lab while continuing to learn, experiment and develop my own creative practice.
I am creating websites, digital products, brand experiences and interactive concepts small pieces of a much larger vision that is still taking shape.
I am especially interested in working with people who are building something thoughtful, ambitious or slightly unconventional.
Because the most interesting projects rarely arrive completely figured out.
Sometimes, they begin with nothing more than curiosity.
